Guidance on the different registration tiers

Registration

Depending on your registration tier, you will receive certain benefits. If you register for the Buddy Pass, First Class Pass, Sponsor Pass, or Game Changer you will receive additional General Pass vouchers up to your registration tier.

Eg. If you registered for the Buddy Pass, you will receive one voucher. If you later upgrade to the First Class pass, you will not receive an additional voucher as one was already received from from the Buddy Pass registration. However if you upgrade to the Sponsor Pass, you will receive one additional voucher bringing the grand total of additional vouchers up to two.

Upgrading Your Pass

If you decide to upgrade, you will receive the full benefits of the tier which you upgrade to. You will pay the difference of whatever the new tier is (excluding Buddy Pass → First Class) of the current tier you are at.

Eg. You register for a General Pass, and decide that you wish to upgrade to the First Class Pass. With early bird pricing you paid $25 for the General pass, and the First Class Pass is $45. If you upgrade, you will pay $20 extra towards the First Class Pass in order to upgrade.

Registration Voucher Policy

Furality Online Xperience registration vouchers may be used to discount the cost of registration. Each voucher is limited to one use.
The voucher does not have any cash value and can not be redeemed for cash.
Vouchers can not be redeemed after registration has closed for the event.
Vouchers are only valid for the Furality event for which they were originally issued.
Vouchers can not be transferred to another Furality event.
Unused vouchers are non-refundable.
Furality reserves the right to revoke the registration of any voucher user if Furality determines the way the voucher code was obtained and/or the individual who was originally issued the voucher violates our policies.
