How to report a user

We always encourage firstly that you self-moderate your experiences online.
You can use the tools on VRChat, Discord, and Twitch to mute or block users.

Sometimes an experience with another user can leave you feeling uncomfortable or upset. You may have concerns that they have broken rules in the Furality Discord server or our Furality Events.

To report a user to our moderation teams, please use the Furality Safety report form.

This form sends a notification to the moderation teams.
The reports are visible to both VR and Chat moderation so appropriate action can be taken.

Please include images or videos where possible to help us in moderating.

Please provide us with the VRChat Instance ID if the incident took place in VRChat.

Videos are especially useful when the report relates to VRChat.
Please try not to cut footage down too much, this could remove needed context to make informed judgement.

Moderation actions are private and not always visible.
We do not disclose actions taken based off of received reports.
Please avoid reporting the same user multiple times or as a group, as this may be classified as witch-hunting.

We highly recommend reporting users to the platform that the incident took place on.
