The Furality help forum is a space within our Discord community where you may ask for more support. The forum allows our team to respond to your request flexibly, and year-round!

We wish to make sure requests are handled in the order that they are received.

Our help forum is split up into distinct sections which you can tag when creating your post:

• Convention Questions : for questions about the Furality Online Experience (such as Ultra)

• Technical Support : for support with the F.O.X Portal, account problems, and general tech problems

• Event Questions : for questions about scheduled events, such as New Player Nights, convention events, and Supporter meetups

• Store Questions : for questions about orders and merchandise

• Discord Unlinks : for requests to unlink your previous Discord account from your Furality account

• Registration Help: for questions about registration, tiers, age verification, and cart information

• Furality Shader: for questions about Furality shaders
