I'm having trouble joining Furality instances

Our world instances are built with population caps to keep performance stable.
When connecting via the Furality Online portal, you will select the lobby type you would like to join. For example - ‘event’, ‘game’, ‘lobby’, etc.
Instance Population Rules
If you “Quick Join” a lobby or event world, it will place you in the next available slot to be loaded into a world. If there are three sessions of an event that are at a population of 35/35, you will be placed into the next available world instance that is 0/35 or 16/35.
If you join off of your friends, you will only be able to join them if the instance has room for you within it. If in the case of the Party Host add-on, this will also be true of the instance if it is currently at 30/30.
Some of our events, such as New Player Nights, have population caps and will have a queue system in place that you must wait in before you may join. As soon as a slot is available and you are first in line, you will be invited via your VRChat user interface.
Troubleshooting
If you are still experiencing issues with the join process, try these steps first
Restart your network connection by power cycling your internet modem/router/firewall
Clear your VRChat cache — This will clear up loose files and have you re-load the world files next time you join
Restart VRChat — Sometimes it really is as simple as turning it off and back on again
Restart hardware — Sometimes it really is as simple as turning it off and back on again!
